Candace Smith
Personal Trainer - Bootcamp/Circuit & Tone Instructor
Candace has returned to the fitness industry after 10 years of focusing on her family. She is a certified personal trainer with a deep passion for helping others lead healthier, stronger, and more active lives. Over the years, Candace has had the opportunity to teach fitness classes and work with a variety of clients, which has given her a wealth of experience in guiding people toward their personal goals. She believes fitness should be approachable, enjoyable, and empowering, and she loves supporting others on their journey to feeling confident, capable, and energized in their everyday lives.

Sabrina Voth
Yoga Instructor
As a yoga teacher and Reiki Master, Sabrina Voth creates thoughtful, alignment-based classes designed to support self-awareness, grounding, and inner calm. Her approach blends physical practice with energetic mindfulness, offering students a space to feel centered, connected, and safe to explore their own inner landscape.
Sabrina has been teaching both locally and internationally through her online students since 2019, and her passion for yoga grew from her own healing journey. What began as a personal path toward balance and self development evolved into a calling to help others reconnect with themselves. She believes that yoga is a powerful tool for emotional, physical, and energetic healing, and she strives to share that with every student who steps onto their mat.
When she’s not teaching, Sabrina is homeschooling her two kids or enjoying a quiet moment with a book in hand.

Andi Cooper
Mat Pilates Instructor
Hey! I'm Andi. A 25 year old Pilates Instructor from Caledonia, ON. With a background in dance, teaching pilates has stolen my heart! I bring a fun playlist, encouraging cues, and a challenging class to my clients all across Haldimand, Norfolk, and Hamilton. I am so excited to bring the same energy to Cayuga!

Tammy Schlueter
Cardio Tone 55+/Yoga Instructor
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. I completed my 200-hour YTT course through Balance Yoga Studio, graduating in 2008. Since then, I have furthered my education through several courses, adding to my portfolio such disciplines as Yin Yoga, Somatic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Cardio Tone. I continue to learn different techniques to incorporate into the classes I teach so I can offer the best experience for all who join me on the mat. Over the years, I have enhanced my home practice by adding strength and functional exercises, creating Yoga Fusion-this class has been a favorite of mine to teach. Helping my clients become stronger through this practice has been so rewarding.
l am also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. Through this training, I have learned the body needs more than just a physical practice; we need to heal ourselves from the inside out.
My next goal is to complete my Barre certification!
