A 45 minute class to strengthen your body from the inside out. We use specific exercises to target weak muscles, ligaments, and tendons while improving balance, alignment, and posture. This progressive class challenges cardiovascular and muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and agility. Using weights, balls, and bands, the class combines cardio and strength training for real-life activities. Includes both chair and standing exercises, suitable for all fitness levels.

A one hour, dynamic class combining yoga, pilates, barre, and strength training. Creating a total body workout with a focus on stretching and strengthening. Handheld weights, a 9" core ball, loop bands and pilates bands are some of the props used to enhance poses and exercises during this class. Suitable for all fitness levels.
