A high-energy, full-body workout designed to challenge your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness in a supportive group setting. This class combines functional strength training and cardio intervals to deliver an effective and efficient workout. Participants rotate through timed stations or complete interval-based rounds using a mix of body weight exercises, free weights, resistant equipment, and dynamic cardio drills.

MAT PILATES

A low-impact, strength-focused class designed to improve core stability, posture, flexibility, and overall body awareness.  Using controlled, precise movement and mindful breathing, this class targets the deep abdominal muscles, glutes, hips, and back to build a strong, balanced body.  Exercises are performed primarily on the mat using body weight, with options and modifications provided for all fitness levels.  Ideal for improving mobility, reducing injury risk, and enhancing functional strength.

Cardio tone 55+

Strengthen your body from the inside out. We use specific exercises to target weak muscles, ligaments, and tendons while improving balance, alignment, and posture. This progressive class challenges cardiovascular and muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and agility. Using weights, balls, and bands, the class combines cardio and strength training for real-life activities. Includes both chair and standing exercises suitable for all fitness levels.
